EFI and Agfa agreed to merge their digital printing businesses into a joint venture focused on industrial inkjet, with EFI holding 60% and Agfa 40%. The deal was announced on September 28, 2026 and is expected to close by end of 2026.

R.R. Donnelley installed an EFI Nozomi C18000 Plus single-pass digital inkjet printer at its Milwaukee packaging facility to expand into corrugated packaging, cutting time-to-market by 25%. The press is expected to be operational by fall 2023.

The Hinojosa Group, a Spanish corrugated packaging maker, bought an EFI Nozomi C18000 single-pass digital printer for its Cartonajes Bernabéu plant in Almassora, with installation expected in September 2019.

Grupo La Plana installed an EFI Nozomi C18000 digital printing technology at its factory in Onda, Castellon, Spain, with a printing centre operative since February 2019 producing up to 10,000 boards per hour.
