HINE Group completes acquisition of majority stake in Nord Fluid hydraulics
HINE Group has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Nord Fluid, a Milan-founded hydraulic components distributor and systems maker with annual revenues above €60 million and five plants in Italy and Slovenia. HINE has committed to acquire the full share capital over the coming years.
