Shanghai Unison Aluminium Products

ZS Europe Ltd., part of Chinese holding Shanghai Unison Aluminium Products, officially inaugurated a new high-tech manufacturing plant in the Trakia Economic Zone near Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The project involved an investment of nearly BGN 18.7 million and will create over 100 jobs, producing aluminum components for automotive companies including Tesla, Volvo, Volkswagen, Stellantis, and Audi.

Shanghai Unison Aluminium Products will invest 11 million levs (5.6 million euro) to build a factory near Plovdiv, Bulgaria, producing aluminum profiles and parts for the automotive industry. Construction is expected to start by end of April 2024, with operations within a year, creating 150-200 jobs.
