Geely Automobile Holdings

Zhejiang Geely Dongli Zongcheng Company Limited, a subsidiary of Geely Automobile Holdings, agreed to acquire Taizhou Binhai Geely Engine Company Limited and Guizhou Geely Engine Company Limited for a total of RMB1.265 billion. The acquisitions will add an annual capacity of 720,000 engines.

Zhejiang Founder Motor signed a supply contract with Zhejiang Vision Auto-Parts Fittings, a Geely subsidiary, to provide electric car drive motor system components for Geely's pure electric vehicles.

Geely Automobile Holdings agreed to buy three engine and auto parts units from its parent Geely Holding Group for 1.83 billion yuan ($276 million).
