ZS Europe opens high-tech aluminum components plant near Plovdiv, Bulgaria
ZS Europe Ltd., part of Chinese holding Shanghai Unison Aluminium Products, officially inaugurated a new high-tech manufacturing plant in the Trakia Economic Zone near Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The project involved an investment of nearly BGN 18.7 million and will create over 100 jobs, producing aluminum components for automotive companies including Tesla, Volvo, Volkswagen, Stellantis, and Audi.

Unisonal Aluminum to supply EV battery trays to German automaker
Unisonal Aluminum expects to generate about CNY 2.3 billion in revenue over seven years by supplying battery trays and related parts for EVs to a major German automaker. Mass production is scheduled to begin in September 2027.
