Shanghai Top Numerical Control Technology (TOPNC) signed a non-binding letter of intent on October 20, 2026 to acquire not less than 70% equity in a CNC machine tool company. The target researches, manufactures and sells multi-axis CNC machine tools and direct-drive high-speed five-axis machines for precision parts processing.
