Shenyang Machine Tool Group

Shenyang Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd. cancelled its planned acquisition of Zhongjie Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and several other entities from Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. The deal, valued at CNY 1, was originally signed on October 26, 2017, and cancelled on October 26, 2018.

Japan's Mori Seiki, China's Shenyang Machine Tool and Germany's GILDEMEISTERAG established a joint venture in China to produce machine tools for electronics and automotive components, with initial monthly production of 100 units.

Seco Tools (Shanghai), Shaanxi Aobang Forging and Shenyang Machine Tool signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to jointly establish a smart manufacturing company. The project involves a total investment of 250 million yuan, with 139 i5 smart machine tools, and Seco Tools will provide processing solutions.

Xinquan Photoelectric Technology Co Ltd will invest 700 million yuan to help Shenyang Machine Tool Group establish an intelligent manufacturing factory with an annual output of over 3,000 metal cutting equipment units over two years.
