Cervi

Cervi acquired Avento Oy, a Seinäjoki-based indoor air and ventilation services company with about 16 employees. The deal adds offices in Seinäjoki and Vaasa to Cervi's national network.

Cervi has acquired all shares of Satatech Talotekniikka Oy, a building services company based in Rauma, Finland, with approximately 20 employees and annual revenue of about EUR 4 million. The acquisition strengthens Cervi's presence in the Satakunta region.
