TAS Commercial Concrete Construction, a subsidiary of Orion Group Holdings, was awarded a $13 million contract for concrete foundation and topping slabs for a 745,000 square foot residential tower in Houston, Texas.

Orion Group Holdings' concrete segment, TAS Commercial Concrete Construction, was awarded a $9 million contract for the construction of a Fine Arts, Athletics Complex and Site Package in Arlington, Texas. Work includes site concrete, foundations, walls, and other structural concrete components.

Orion Group Holdings, Inc. was awarded an $18 million contract for work at the Port of Corpus Christi, Texas.

Fermion Oy, a subsidiary of Orion Corporation, has entered the commissioning phase of a new highly automated active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing plant in Hanko, Finland. The investment of more than EUR 30 million will increase production capacity by approximately 50% to nearly 300 tonnes per year.

Hikma Pharmaceuticals signed an exclusive licensing and distribution agreement with Orion Corporation to register, distribute, market and sell Orion's Easyhaler inhaler (budesonide/formoterol) for asthma and COPD in all of Hikma's MENA markets.
