Purmo Group Ltd

UFHN, a provider of underfloor heating systems and heat pumps, announced it has been acquired by PURMO Group, a global leader in sustainable indoor climate solutions.

Purmo Group acquired Unitherm Heating Systems Ltd, a provider of heat pump-based climate solutions in Ireland and the UK, on October 1, 2024. Unitherm had net sales of EUR 28.2 million in 2023 and 65 employees.

Virala Acquisition Company (VAC) and Purmo Group signed a merger agreement to combine, with Purmo Group valued at EUR 685 million enterprise value. The combined company will list on Nasdaq Helsinki, expected by end of December 2021.
