Caverion

Continental has commissioned Caverion with the installation of building technology (heating, cooling, sanitation) in its new headquarters in Hanover. The work has begun and is scheduled to be completed in March 2021.

Caverion has been awarded a contract by Hollister Incorporated for the second construction phase of a medical device manufacturing plant in Kaunas, Lithuania. Caverion will implement cleanroom premises, chemical storage and outdoor infrastructure.

Caverion signed an agreement to acquire the Refrigeration Solutions business of Huurre Group Oy, a supplier of CO2-based refrigeration systems. The acquired business had revenue of EUR 48 million in 2018 and employs 272 people in Finland and Sweden.

Caverion Suomi Oy has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Jetitek Oy, a Finnish service company specialised in energy-efficient cooling solutions. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of November 2018.

Caverion was awarded a contract by Deutsche Bundesbank to deliver cooling and ventilation systems for their new branch in Dortmund, Germany. The order includes installation and four years of technical maintenance. The contract value was not disclosed.

Caverion signed a €45 million contract with Kainuu Social and Health Care Joint Authority to implement building systems and internal data networks for the new Kainuu hospital in Finland. Construction starts in February 2017 and is expected to be completed by autumn 2021.
