Chiller Oy, part of the Koja Group, will develop new headquarters, production, and warehouse facilities in the Sula area of Tuusula, Finland. The property, covering approximately 9,000 m², will be completed in January 2026.

Koja Oy has expanded its operations in Jalasjärvi, Finland, with a new carbon-neutral factory building that uses renewable energy and the Wave automation system. Several million euros were invested in machinery and automation.
