RESA Power, a market leader in power systems electrical testing and transformer services, has acquired Société Générale d'Électrotechnique (SGE), a provider of electrical energy solutions based in Quebec City, Quebec. The acquisition gives RESA Power a presence in Quebec and adds in-house manufacturing of medium and high-voltage power transformers.

Montagu and Kohlberg have agreed to acquire Teleflex Medical OEM from Teleflex Incorporated for $1.5 billion in a carve-out transaction, expected to close in the second half of 2026.
