RESA Power

RESA Power, LLC has acquired Commercial Switchgear Ltd. and Commercial Switchgear Service Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario. The acquisition enhances RESA Power's engineering capability and establishes a base for electrical field services in the Greater Toronto Area.

RESA Power, a power systems electrical testing and transformer services company, has acquired High Voltage Electric Service (HVES) based in Albany, NY. HVES is a full-service electrical testing business operating since 1990.

RESA Power acquired Advanced Electrical Services, a Calgary-based provider of electrical power distribution products and services. Terms were not disclosed.

Private equity firm Blue Sea Capital acquired RESA Power, a Houston-based supplier of electrical equipment for the power distribution and utility market. Terms were not disclosed.

RESA Power, LLC has acquired Power Plus Engineering Inc., based in Wixom, MI, to expand its engineering and service offering for power distribution equipment in the Midwest.
