Changsha Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to build a new earthmoving machinery industrial park in Weinan High-tech Zone, Shaanxi Province. The project involves fixed asset investment of 1.12 billion yuan, with annual production capacity of 10,000 large/medium hydraulic excavators, 10,000 small excavators, and 25,000 sets of excavator components. Mass production is planned for 2011, with full design capacity by 2016.
