Palex Medical

Palex Medical announced a put option agreement to acquire Duomed, a Belgian MedTech distributor. The combined group would create a pan-European platform for medical technology equipment and solutions across Northern, Western, and Southern Europe.

Private equity firm Apax agreed to acquire a co-controlling stake in Spain's Palex Medical from Fremman Capital and other minority shareholders. Apax will co-control the company with Fremman.
