Duomed

Duomed group acquired a majority stake in Rey Medical SA, a distributor of medical devices based in the Geneva area. The acquisition expands Duomed's activities in Switzerland.

Palex Medical announced a put option agreement to acquire Duomed, a Belgian MedTech distributor. The combined group would create a pan-European platform for medical technology equipment and solutions across Northern, Western, and Southern Europe.
