Jifeng Seat (Changzhou), a subsidiary of Jifeng Co., received a supplier nomination letter from an undisclosed NEV OEM for two seat assembly projects. The projects are expected to start mass production in April and May 2026, with a total lifecycle value of 3.1 billion yuan.

GRAMMER AG has signed an agreement to sell the Toledo Molding & Die Group (TMD Group) to APC Parent LLC. The TMD Group, headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, produces thermoplastic components for the automotive industry and had revenues of USD 213 million in 2023.

Jifeng Seat (Hefei), a subsidiary of Jifeng Co., received a contract from a major automaker to develop and produce front seat assemblies. The project is expected to start production in February 2026, with a total lifecycle value of 1.4 billion yuan over 7 years.

Grammer (Harbin), a subsidiary of Jifeng Co., received a supplier nomination from FAW-Volkswagen to develop and produce front and rear seat assemblies for the Tayron model, with production starting November 2024 over an 8-year lifecycle valued at 5.7 billion yuan.
