WAICO

Waico group has completed the acquisition of Italforni, a Pesaro-based producer of ovens for the artisanal pizzeria market. The deal brings Waico's projected revenues to €37 million.

Vitella Srl, Starmix Srl (including brand Flamic) and Effedue Srl merged to form WAICO, a new group focused on bakery equipment and technology. The official launch is at SIGEP 2022 on March 13, 2022.
