Wateralia has acquired Italian control valve specialist CSA, based in Salsomaggiore Terme, Parma, adding engineered valves to its pump portfolio. CSA CEO Luca Bonatti retains a minority stake. No deal value was stated.
Wateralia, an Ambienta platform company, has completed its acquisition of Calpeda Pumpen, an established German pump distributor for the water sector. It is Wateralia's fourth buy-and-build deal and strengthens its German distribution network.
