Mandarin Capital Partners aggregates Vitella, Starmix and Effedue
Mandarin Capital Partners III has closed an aggregation of three Italian bakery machinery companies: Vitella Srl, Starmix Srl and Effedue Srl. The new group has a 2021 revenue of about €23 million and will be merged in the coming months.

Mandarin Capital Partners acquires Vitella, Starmix and Effedue to form Fomab
Private equity firm Mandarin Capital Partners acquired three bakery and pastry machinery manufacturers: Vitella, Starmix and Effedue. The companies will be merged into a new holding company, Fomab, with former owners taking managerial roles and Paolo Zunino as CEO.
