Ruck S.r.l., a vehicle led by H14 and including families such as Barilla and Marzotto, acquired a 25% minority stake in Elettric80, an Italian leader in automated integrated logistics solutions.

Nutkao expanded its plant in Canove di Govone, Italy, with a EUR 30 million investment, increasing the facility from 12,000 to 20,000 square meters. The expanded plant will produce Pan di Stelle spread for Barilla and will be inaugurated on June 21, 2019.
