Hubei Henglong Automotive Systems Group

China Automotive Systems, through its subsidiary Hubei Henglong Automotive Systems Group, purchased a 40% interest in Sentient AB, a Swedish automotive technology company, for EUR 20 million. Sentient specializes in software and hardware for steering, vehicle motion control and autonomous driving.
