Aernnova Aerospace

Aernnova Aerospace has acquired GE Aviation's Hamble facility in the UK, a supplier of aerospace components, and also acquired assets in Suzhou, China. The deal is expected to increase Aernnova's annual revenues by approximately US$200 million.

UTC Aerospace Systems signed a letter of intent for a strategic collaboration with Aernnova Aerospace to advance aircraft structural composites design for the commercial supersonics market.
