Aciturri

Aciturri has acquired a 75.95% stake in Alestis from Airbus and Unicaja, creating the largest Spanish-owned aerospace supplier. SEPI retains a 24.05% stake.

Airbus agreed to sell its shares in Alestis Aerospace to Aciturri, making Aciturri the majority shareholder with 76% of Alestis' shares, while SEPI retains 24%.

Strata, an airplane parts maker, signed a deal with Spain's Aciturri to explore global cooperation in aerospace, including product, engineering, joint R&D, and procurement projects. No merger or acquisition is intended.
