Infore Environment's purchase of 100% equity of Changsha Zoomlion Zonke Environmental Industry via share issuance was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The deal, valued at 11.6 billion yuan, was initially led by Infore Group in August 2017.

Infore Environment (000967.SZ) announced it will acquire 100% of Zoomlion Environmental (Zhonghuanjing) for 15.25 billion yuan via share issuance. The sellers include Ningbo Infore, Zoomlion Heavy Industry, and others.
