Infore Holding

Infore Environment's purchase of 100% equity of Changsha Zoomlion Zonke Environmental Industry via share issuance was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The deal, valued at 11.6 billion yuan, was initially led by Infore Group in August 2017.

Infore Holding and three other investors have paid 11.6 billion yuan for an 80% stake in Zoomlion Environmental, with Infore Holding acquiring a controlling 51% for 7.4 billion yuan.
