Minnetronix

IntriCon Corporation acquired Minnetronix, Inc. from Altaris, LLC on October 8, 2025. The combined company will operate as Forj Medical, with Mauricio Arellano as Executive Chair and Jeremy Maniak as CEO.

Minnetronix announced the completion of a 22,000-square-foot expansion of its St. Paul, Minnesota facility, bringing total space to 125,000 square feet and increasing production capacity by 50%.
