IntriCon secured a four-year Supply Agreement with Medtronic, its largest customer, for miniature and micro-miniature body-worn devices.

Intricon Corp has acquired a 20% stake in Hearing Help Express, with an option to acquire the remaining 80% before the end of the year. The total transaction value, assuming exercise of the option, includes approximately $1.3 million in cash, a guaranty of a $2 million note, and an earn-out.
