Suzlon Energy has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Renom Energy Services, as announced on September 9, 2024.

Suzlon Energy has bagged a 1,166 MW wind energy order from NTPC Green Energy to install 370 wind turbine generators in Gujarat, India, including equipment supply, erection, commissioning, and O&M services.

Suzlon Energy approved the sale of its 75% equity holding in subsidiary Suzlon Generators Ltd to Voith Turbo Pvt Ltd or its associates, expected to close by September 30, 2021.

Suzlon Energy won an order for a 226.8 MW wind power project from an independent power producer. The project will be located in Anantapur district, Andhra Pradesh, and is scheduled for completion by March 2017.
