CG Power and Industrial Solutions

CG Power and Industrial Solutions has been awarded a €12.5 million contract to design and build high-voltage substations connecting the 400-MW Dumat Al Jandal wind farm in Saudi Arabia to the national grid.

PT Crompton Prima Switchgear Indonesia, a joint venture of CG Power and PT PLN, inaugurated Indonesia's first High Voltage and Extra High Voltage switchgear factory at the Modern Cikande Industrial Estate in Banten, Indonesia.

CG Power and Industrial Solutions entered into a strategic agreement with Malaysia-based Tenaga Switchgear to collaborate in the Malaysian market, focusing on product development and promotion of 11 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear.

CG Power and Industrial Solutions sold its B2B Automation business, including ZIV Aplicaciones y Tecnologia, to Alfanar for an enterprise value of €120 million. The transfer was effective March 6, 2017.

Al Fanar Company Ltd. has completed the acquisition of the B2B Automation Business from CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited and CG International B.V.
