KC Cottrel signed a 41.5 billion won ($35 million) contract with Nan Ya Plastics Corporation for construction work, running from June 2019 to June 2022.

KC Cottrell Co Ltd signed a contract worth $35 million with Nan Ya Plastics Corporation in Taiwan.

McDermott International was awarded a contract by Nan Ya Plastics Corporation to engineer, fabricate, and construct four stainless-steel umbrella roof tanks in Point Comfort, Texas, as part of Nan Ya's Ethylene Glycol II Expansion Project.

Nan Ya Plastics will invest over $40 million in a new copper-clad laminate and glass-fiber factory in Huizhou, China. The plant will produce 113.2 million sheets of copper foil and over 100 million meters of glass fiber cloth annually.

Lealea Enterprise signed an MOU to acquire PT Taroko's production facilities in Bandung, Indonesia for up to $50 million. The plant will initially handle fabric dyeing and finishing, with operations expected to launch in the second half of 2017.

PPG Industries has reached an agreement to acquire Deutek S.A., a Romanian paint and coatings manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
