Lealea to build NT$7B BOPA film plant in Changhua, Taiwan
Lealea Enterprise will build Taiwan's first biaxially oriented nylon (BOPA) films plant in Changhua County through subsidiary Li Ling Film Co Ltd, with an investment of about NT$7 billion. The first phase is to be completed in Q1 2018 with monthly capacity of 800-1,000 tonnes.

Lealea Enterprise to acquire PT Taroko plant in Bandung, Indonesia
Lealea Enterprise signed an MOU to acquire PT Taroko's production facilities in Bandung, Indonesia for up to $50 million. The plant will initially handle fabric dyeing and finishing, with operations expected to launch in the second half of 2017.
