ASE Semiconductor

ASE Semiconductor will invest NT$123.7 billion ($3.8 billion) to expand AI packaging and testing capacity at three sites in Kaohsiung and Tainan, Taiwan, creating 3,553 jobs. The expansion was approved by Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs on November 5, 2026.
