Stelpro and Innovair Solutions Groups, two Quebec-based family-owned HVAC companies, announced a strategic alliance on May 8, 2024. The collaboration combines their expertise in electric heating and HVAC, with manufacturing and distribution facilities across 16 locations in 4 countries.

Stelpro Group acquired Métal BF, a custom metal parts manufacturer in Terrebonne, Québec. Production will continue at the existing plant with plans to increase capacity.

Stelpro Group, owner of Stelpro, acquired Flextherm, a leader in electric floor heating systems. Flextherm will retain its structure and continue production at its Longueuil plant.

STELPRO announced a $24 million investment over three years at its plant in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville to increase productivity and production capacity, add 65,000 square feet of space, and create 50 new jobs.
