Novacap

Novacap has acquired Alliance Labeling Inc., an Oakville, Ontario provider of ancillary packaging and warehousing solutions with engineering capabilities. The deal aims to expand Alliance's presence in Ontario, Quebec, Canada and the US.

Canadian HVAC-R distributor The Master Group announced the acquisition of Refrigeration Sales Corporation (RSC), an Ohio-based distributor serving Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. RSC will keep operating independently under its current management team.
