Panattoni

Panattoni started the final construction stage of a Danfoss Poland production plant in Grodzisk Mazowiecki with 45 production lines for refrigeration valves, scheduled for completion at the end of November 2021.

Panattoni completed a 40,000 sqm production plant in Kalisz for Leviat, which will manufacture fasteners and construction reinforcement and transport systems. The plant replaces Leviat's existing factory nearby and increases its production capacity.

Panattoni has started construction of a 12,000 sq m built-to-own factory for Danfoss Poland in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, to produce refrigeration and air-conditioning components, with completion planned for November 2021.

Phoenix Contact E-Mobility is building a 15,000 m2 production facility at the Rzeszow-Dworzysko science park in Poland, developed by Panattoni, to make AC and DC charging cables. Completion is expected by end 2020 or early 2021, with production starting in early 2021 and the workforce growing to over 250.
