IES Holdings

IES Holdings acquired STR Mechanical, an HVAC services provider in the Carolinas and Virginia, on June 11, 2021. Terms were not disclosed.

IES Holdings acquired Wedlake Fabricating, a Tulsa, OK-based manufacturer of custom generator enclosures. Wedlake will become part of IES's Infrastructure Solutions segment.

IES Holdings acquired Plant Power & Control Systems (PPCS), a Birmingham, AL-based manufacturer of custom engineered power distribution equipment, for an undisclosed amount. PPCS had revenues of approximately $19 million in 2019.

IES Holdings, Inc., through its subsidiary IES Infrastructure Solutions, acquires all membership interests of Freeman Enclosure Systems, LLC, a manufacturer of custom generator enclosures, including its 143,000-square foot facility in Ohio. Freeman will operate as a subsidiary.
