Libra Srl and Nibe Srl, both existing shareholders of Emmegi Detergents, acquired 100% of Imp spa, a contract manufacturer in Altavilla Vicentina with over EUR 30 million revenue and 110 employees. Industrial real estate assets are to be transferred later.

NIBE-BIAWAR has moved production into a new plant in the Białystok subzone of the Suwałki Special Economic Zone and opened a training centre. The first investment stage cost over PLN 25 million.
