EDAC Technologies has acquired Flanagan Industries, an aerospace engine component manufacturer in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Terms were not disclosed.

CVC Capital Partners announced that funds it advises have agreed to acquire Anchor Glass Container Corporation, a Tampa-based US glass container producer, in partnership with BA Glass.

KION Group, a German forklift and warehouse technology company, has acquired Dematic, a warehouse automation provider, for $2.1 billion. The acquisition was announced on November 1, 2016.

Hillenbrand Inc. agreed to acquire Carnegie, Pennsylvania-based Red Valve Co. Inc. for USD 131.9 million, pending final approval. Red Valve makes valves for wastewater environments.

Rondo-Pak, part of Körber's Medipak Systems network, merged its North American operations with Contemporary Graphics Solutions in a joint venture that took effect on 1 January 2016. The combined business makes pharmaceutical folding cartons and marketing printing.
