NioCorp Developments Ltd. contracted Rockwell Automation to engineer, design and procure process automation and instrumentation for its critical minerals mining and processing facility in Elk Creek, Nebraska. System integration will be provided by MAVERICK Technologies, and Endress+Hauser will provide field instrumentation.

NioCorp Developments Ltd. has awarded a major contract to Rockwell Automation to engineer, design and procure process automation and instrumentation for its proposed critical minerals mining and processing facility in Elk Creek, Nebraska.

Rockwell Automation, Inc. acquired MAVERICK Technologies, a systems integrator with 21 U.S. locations and over 300 engineers, to expand process control and information solutions.

Rockwell Automation acquired Maverick Technologies in October 2016, combining a major process controls company with a top system integrator to strengthen its foothold in chemical, food and beverage, and oil and gas industries.
