Koerber has acquired a majority stake in Rondo-Pak LLC, a New Jersey printing and pharmaceutical packaging company it previously ran as a joint venture since 2015. The acquisition took effect on 1 February 2024 and Rondo-Pak will operate under the Koerber brand.
