Trelleborg Sealing Solutions intends to establish its own sealing production plant in Vietnam and is currently examining options. The move is part of a group investment of just under SEK 300 million across several countries.
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has bought a 90,000 m² plot between the Lille Nord local railway and the Helsingør motorway at Espergærde and plans a new 17,000 m² factory there. The company expects the plant to be finished in 2020.
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions has finalised the acquisition of privately owned US distributor Anderson Seal LLC, which distributes seals, gaskets and custom-moulded products. The deal was reported on 2016-09-13.
