ANDRITZ received an order from Zouping Hongfa Aluminium, part of Weiqiao Aluminum Group, for one melting and holding furnace cell at its Shandong Province plant. Start-up is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.

Linde and the Dalian Bingshan Group signed an agreement to establish a joint venture manufacturing hydrogen refueling stations in Dalian, Liaoning, starting in 2021, tripling Linde's production capacity for these stations.

Chevron Lummus Global was awarded a contract by PetroChina to supply its ISOMIX-e reactor internals for two RDS units in Liaoning Province, China, announced on 30 October 2020.

Slac signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Orient Group to supply and retrofit two-piece can production equipment over the next three years, worth about RMB 300 million in total. The agreement was announced on 25 September 2020.

A newly commissioned Shenyang plant of Burckhardt Compression's Chinese unit, with 86,000 m2 of production area on 153,000 m2 of land, replaces two older city-centre sites. Operations are set to begin at the end of September 2020.

Miura Industry's Chinese subsidiary started operating a new plant in Suzhou making gas-fired industrial boilers, raising combined annual capacity to 5,000 units, about 2.5 times the previous level. The investment was about 2.6 billion yen.

Qingdao Wanbao Compressor Co. put into operation a technical upgrade for producing VK-series small high-efficiency variable-frequency refrigerator compressors in Qingdao West Coast New Area.

Ruizhi (Qingdao) Precision Electromechanical Co. started production of an expansion adding 3 million compressors, bringing total annual capacity to 12 million units. The project is in Qingdao West Coast New Area and adds about 600 million yuan in output value.

Norway's TMC Compressors of the Seas has been contracted by Jiangnan Shipyard to supply marine compressed air systems for two very large ethane carriers being built for Pacific Gas (Hong Kong) Holdings. Contract value was not disclosed; deliveries are due in Q4 2021 and Q1 2022.

XCMG Hydraulic Parts is upgrading its hydraulic valve production line in Xuzhou's economic development zone under a total investment of 700 million yuan. MAN Cryo, part of MAN Energy Solutions, signed a contract to supply LNG fuel-gas supply systems and MAN Energy Solutions will supply dual-fuel engines for two RoRo newbuildings at Yantai Raffles shipyard in China for Wallenius SOL. Delivery is scheduled for 2021.

CSSC-MES Diesel placed the first order for MAN's ETB40 EGR blowers, to be installed on vessels built with several MAN B&W 7G60ME-C9.5 two-stroke main engines.

Bucher Hydraulics acquired an 80% majority stake in Wuxi Deli Fluid Technology, a Chinese maker of hydraulic pumps and compact power units, to form a joint venture in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, subject to Chinese approval. Wuxi Deli generated about US$40.45 million in revenue in 2017.
