Bucher Hydraulics acquired an 80% majority stake in Wuxi Deli Fluid Technology, a Chinese maker of hydraulic pumps and compact power units, to form a joint venture in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, subject to Chinese approval. Wuxi Deli generated about US$40.45 million in revenue in 2017.
