Swedish industrial group Dacke Industri has acquired Rotork Midland Ltd, renamed Midland Flow Ltd, and Italian business Rotork Instruments from Rotork Plc. Midland Flow makes solenoid valves, actuators and control systems, with about 44 employees and turnover of about £7.5 million.
PMC Hydraulics Group, under parent Dacke Industri, agreed in July 2024 to acquire the remaining shares of Indian hydraulic distributor Hydroquip Hydraulics, making it 100% owned.
