PMC Hydraulics Group, under parent Dacke Industri, agreed in July 2024 to acquire the remaining shares of Indian hydraulic distributor Hydroquip Hydraulics, making it 100% owned.
PMC Hydraulics extended its production facilities in India to 1650 square meters in February 2020, adding storage, a larger machine shop and assembly and testing areas. The company expects production capacity to rise by up to 25%.
