Dacke Industri acquires 70% of Italian pneumatics maker Airon Srl
Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of 70% of the shares in Airon Srl, a Rovigo, Italy maker of pneumatic actuators and valves, on 3 July 2024. The existing owners keep the remaining 30%.
