Dacke Industri acquires 70% of Dutch pneumatics maker Tecair B.V.
Swedish Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of 70% of Tecair B.V., a pneumatic systems and components maker in Drachten, Netherlands, on December 8, 2022. The current owner keeps the remaining 30%.
