Atlanta Electricals received a Letter of Intent worth Rs 193.92 crore (including GST) from APTRANSCO for the supply of 12 units of 160 MVA, 220/132 kV auto transformers, covering design, manufacture, testing and supply.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited secured its first nuclear sector order to supply Generator Transformers for NPCIL's Kaiga Units 5 and 6 in Karnataka. The order was placed by Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited (MEIL), the EPC contractor.
